Role Summary
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and positioning of our online training programs. You’ll develop strategies, craft messaging, collaborate across teams, and execute campaigns that boost engagement and drive enrollments. Experience in edtech is a plus, but we welcome passionate marketers with a knack for digital and a desire to reshape learning.

What You’ll Do
🔍 Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and learner needs in the online IT training space.

Contribute to marketing strategy to boost product visibility and growth.

📣 Product Messaging & Positioning
Define and refine unique value propositions for training programs.
Craft tailored messaging for individual learners, businesses, and government partners.

🚀 Go-To-Market Execution
Lead product launches and feature rollouts in sync with product and marketing teams.
Develop multi-channel GTM campaigns including content, email, and social.
✍️ Content Collaboration
Work with content team to produce website copy, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
Measure and iterate based on content performance.
🛠️ Sales Enablement
Create sales materials and product training docs for internal and external use.
Support sales teams with insights, collateral, and messaging tools.
📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
Leverage analytics to improve strategy, conversions, and user engagement.

Features

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

5–7 years in product marketing (edtech background preferred).

Strong digital marketing know-how (SEO, SEM, email, social media).

Excellent communicator with proven storytelling and presentation skills.

Data-driven mindset with a record of successful campaigns.
