This role is key to ensuring smooth operations by accurately managing production data through Microsoft Excel and the company’s ERP system. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a knack for working with data in fast-paced environments, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities: Enter daily production data accurately into the company’s ERP system. Maintain and update production reports using Microsoft Excel. Verify and validate production entries for accuracy and completeness. Organize and archive all production-related documents. Collaborate with production staff to resolve discrepancies in data. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. Preferred: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Hands-on experience using ERP software is an added advantage.
